DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY & LOST PACKAGES
• Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping details. Vorvex is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
• Stolen or Post-Delivery Lost Packages: Once tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer, Vorvex is no longer responsible for stolen, missing, or misplaced packages. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery location.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & INSPECTIONS
• International orders may be subject to import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Customs Inspections: Local customs inspections or holds may cause additional delivery delays that are outside our control.
