SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place with us. In our sole judgment, we may cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders made at our store.

SECTION 7 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Vorvex, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation lost profits, personal injury, or replacement costs arising from your use of the site or products.
In no event shall Vorvex's total aggregate liability exceed the total dollar amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vorvex from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products.

SECTION 8 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION: MANDATORY ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
• Mandatory Binding Arbitration: You and Vorvex agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the breach thereof, or the purchase and use of any Vorvex product shall be settled by binding individual arbitration. Arbitration shall take place in Israel and shall be conducted in the English language.
• Class Action Waiver: You and Vorvex agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

SECTION 9 - FORCE MAJEURE

Vorvex shall not be liable or responsible for any delays, failure in performance, or loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, wars, military actions, strikes, supply chain disruptions, customs delays, transportation disruptions, internet failures, or governmental regulations.

SECTION 10 - CHARGEBACK POLICY

Customers explicitly agree to contact Vorvex Customer Support at vorvexofficial1@gmail.com to resolve any order issue, delivery concern, or refund request prior to initiating a credit card chargeback or payment gateway dispute. In the event of an unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback, Vorvex reserves the right to present these Terms, proof of delivery, and order tracking to financial institutions to contest the dispute.

SECTION 11 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles, subject to mandatory local consumer rights where applicable by law.
